Vincent Lody

Managing Director

Vincent has been with PharmiWeb since the start, and as Managing Director, he looks after sales and account management as well as running this highly successful business. Vincent is responsible for all new business activity and the retention/growth of existing accounts. Vincent has over 20 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical Sector. Vincent has developed strong business relationships with most of the top tier Pharmaceutical companies, CROs, Biotech’s and Recruitment specialist’s at EMEA and Global level.

Mike Wood

Portal Business Manager & Editor

Mike has been with PharmiWeb since 2004 and manages the daily operation of PharmiWeb, as well its development and commercial strategy. He is also responsible for marketing and candidate attraction and is enthusiastic about the use of digital marketing techniques and technology. He lives in Gloucestershire and spends his spare time taking part in wind and gravity sports as well as being a keen musician.

Kelly Tipper

Account Manager

Kelly is responsible for actively developing and maintaining our business relationships with our existing clients, ensuring that they are fully supported. Her role is to ensure that the our Clients are getting the optimum use from Pharmiweb.com and assist them in achieving a positive return on their investment. Our high level of client retention is an indication of how important this role is within the team.

Nola Cadman

Designer & Content Editor

Nola is PharmiWebs’ graphic design and content editor and has been with PharmiWeb since 2006, her main responsibilities include creating and maintaining the graphical aspect of the PharmiWeb business, such as promotional marketing materials, both print and digital. Nola is also responsible for build and distribution of all of our client newsletter campaigns, offering the service of unique template design, customised to suit individual recruiter branding.

Abbie Boyd

Admin Support

Abbie has been with PharmiWeb since 2017. As part of her role, Abbie helps to support our current and prospective clients by assisting with any queries or issues they may have, ensuring optimum use of the site and each aspect of their account. Abbie also helps support the internal team through completion of administrative tasks and keeping internal information up-to-date.

Simon Brough

Sales Manager

Simon has recently joined PharmiWeb as a Sales Manager working alongside Vince Lody. He will be working towards extending our client base and growing the Pharmiweb business. His role includes developing existing and new client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities. He has a background in Account Management and Client Liaison, as well as a passion for film, theatre and music.
