Mologen AG: resignation of all Management and Supervisory Board members

The members of the Management Board of Mologen AG (WKN A2LQ90), Dr. Stefan Manth and Dr. Matthias Baumann, resigned from their positions with effect as of the end of April 30, 2020.

The members of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Oliver Krautscheid and Dr. Michael Schulz, have informed the Management Board that they resign from their positions with effect as of July 30, 2020. Dr. Friederike Zahm has informed the Management Board that she resigns from her Supervisory Board position with effect as of July 31, 2020.
