Interplex Announces the Acquisition of OCP Group, Inc.

SINGAPORE  — Interplex, a leading provider of customized interconnect, high-precision and mechanical products solutions, has announced the successful acquisition of OCP Group, Inc (OCP), a custom connector and cable assembly design and manufacturer based in San Diego, California.

“OCP has a solid track record of over 30 years in the design and manufacturing of highly reliable custom connectors and cable assemblies for key major OEMs. The acquisition of OCP is a strategic investment in expanding Interplex’s fast-growing Medical & Life Sciences product portfolio in the customized interconnect and cable assembly solutions. They also bring valuable opportunities in specialized sensors as well as harsh environment applications.
