Bachem announces the launch of their new website

Bachem is excited to announce the launch of their newly designed website. 

With this highly dynamic and interactive design Bachem is keen to enhance the visitor experience through both a modern and mobile- friendly platform that continues to capture the company’s innovative reputation. 

The new website which will include brand new features such as a live events calendar, a oligonucleotide and peptide calculator, will enable new and existing customers to better understand Bachem’s products and services, locate useful information and ultimately get in touch.

Bachem began in 1971, when Peter Grogg founded Bachem Feinchemikalien AG with two employees in Liestal near Basel with the focus on peptide synthesis. The company, who are celebrating 50 years this year are keen to deliver an all-round positive and engaging experience for their customers – from the initial contact, right through to successful project completion. 

The company wanted to strengthen their work and existing services by introducing a more user-friendly platform to help provide each visitor with a tailored experience to meet their needs. 

Some of the innovative features of the new website include:

• A Knowledge Center that provides access to detailed educational resources such as the peptide and oligonucleotide calculator, white papers, presentations and technical notes.  
• An interactive annual events calendar 
• A news filter that helps people to find content quicker and more effectively 
• A main menu hover functionality so the first click on the site can navigate the customer to the product page they’re interested in
• Making resources on the website more visible and usable for the customer

Customers will also find that it’s clearer to identify the key businesses areas that serve as a foundation at Bachem and how they can support their customers: for projects in research and specialties, CMC development, commercial APIs - or even through their services and capabilities like project management, quality, analytics or manufacturing.
