Stellar line-up confirmed for Bio Integrates 2021
London, UK, 6th May 2021 / Sciad Newswire / Life Science Integrates confirms Dr Andy Richards CBE and Ian McCubbin OBE as keynote speakers for its third Bio Integrates Conference on 20th May 2021.
Both keynote speakers have both played pivotal roles over the past year; Andy as an entrepreneur and investor with a track record in founding and scaling up innovative biotech and health-tech companies and Ian as manufacturing lead for the UK’s vaccine task force.
One year on, Bio Integrates 2021 is an opportunity to reflect on how life science companies have responded to the pandemic, look forward to the future as we adjust to a changing landscape and re-connect to build a plan for tomorrow.
Bio Integrates 2021 presents a unique opportunity for delegates to engage with top executives in biotech, CDMOs, supply chain, funding and investment; all of whom are involved with the development of therapies for the future. This distinguished one-day conference will take place online with delegates able to utilise presentations and online features including a virtual exhibition hall.
“The past 12 months have highlighted the importance of collaboration to get new treatments to patients fast.” Says Co-Founder and Executive Director, Samuel Thangiah.
“Thanks to excellent collaboration between government, industry and academia, we have a roadmap out of the pandemic. Bio Integrates provides a platform for us all to recognise and value our collaborative spirit; a forum to spark fresh ideas and encourage new partnerships which will ensure that new therapies and technologies continue to reach patients faster.”
Christopher Watt, Co-Founder & Executive Director comments: “As well as our keynote speakers, we will be bringing you a line-up of over 70 experts, covering three core themes: Connection, Reflection and Projection; including Emmanual Ligner, President and CEO at Cytiva and Eliot Forster, Chief Executive Officer at F-Star Therapeutics”
“Our Connection track focuses on finding the right investors, partners and vendors, as well as offering top tips on how to develop and sustain connections. The Reflection track is particularly important as we look at how the biotech ecosystem has changed. The projection track looks to the future, to discuss what the life science funding and infrastructure landscape will look like and the impact of Brexit.”
“I have to say that I have never been part of such a brilliantly organised event. I had not really appreciated the number of Tech strands you were bringing together in a virtual world; a whole different thing to the events we were all used to.” Giovanna Forte, Forte Medical about Bio Integrates 2020.
