• Heated tobacco must not be sold to anyone under 20, under the Tobacco Business Law.

Oral tobacco

• The Tobacco Business Law prohibits the sale of tobacco by minors, which in Japan means anyone under 20.

Nicotine pouches

• Sales of nicotine pouches, being a pharmaceutical product, are not subject to age restrictions.
