ChargePoint Technology, the powder transfer specialist, has today announced the acquisition of Terracon Corporation a leader in the design, development, and manufacture of single-use products and accessories for mixing, transferring, and storing liquids and fluids in the biopharma and life science markets. 

This exciting acquisition will further support the customers of ChargePoint Technology and Terracon collectively, through a range of collaborative solutions provided by the leading specialists in powder, liquid and fluid transfer equipment for the pharma and biopharma industries.
