Integrity Solutions Names Healthcare Sales and Leadership Expert John Crowder Vice President of Healthcare Training Practice
NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sales performance, training and coaching innovator Integrity Solutions has named healthcare sales and leadership expert John Crowder as vice president of the company’s healthcare practice.
Crowder has worked in and led sales teams in medical device and pharmaceutical organizations for more than 25 years, with experience spanning startups to Fortune 500 companies. He has spent a significant part of his career in key account development, sales and leadership development, and marketing.
“The past few years have put extraordinary pressure on the entire healthcare community, and John understands firsthand the unique challenges and opportunities of leading and selling in this complex environment,” says Bruce Wedderburn, Chief Sales Officer for Integrity Solutions. “Today’s healthcare organizations need to make sure their sales and customer service teams are fully engaged and equipped with the skills and the will to create more value for patients, providers and diverse stakeholders in order to deliver on the business’s growth plans.”
A widely recognized leader in sales performance, training and coaching, Integrity Solutions has 30 years of experience in the healthcare field developing patient-centered sales, service and coaching cultures. Integrity Solutions has worked across the healthcare sector, including with insurers, suppliers and providers in medical device, diagnostics and pharmaceutical companies, as well as with hospital systems and clinics. The company is ranked among the top training firms for multiple years by both Selling Power and Training Industry, Inc., one of only a handful of firms to be honored by both media outlets. In 2022, Integrity Solutions won two prestigious Stevie® Awards for Sales Training and Consulting, marking the fourth consecutive year the firm has won that honor. Integrity Solutions was also named the 2022 Business of the Year by ISA-The Association of Learning Providers.
“As the healthcare industry continues to evolve, traditional sales training approaches have failed to keep up, producing generations of ‘tellers’ instead of valued, trusted partners,” Crowder says. “At the same time, a number of barriers are making things even tougher on salespeople today. In the medical device field, for example, clinicians are playing a more dominant role in the decision-making process — and they hate to be ‘sold to.’ Additionally, access got worse with the onset of the pandemic, and it continues to be a major issue.”
Prior to his career in the medical space, Crowder spent six years as a Division-1 football coach, including a three-year stint at the United States Naval Academy, where he also served as a Commissioned Officer.
Over the past five decades, Integrity Solutions has provided sales training and coaching solutions in 130 countries and across multiple industries, including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, energy and utilities, agriculture and more. As performance experts, Integrity Solutions equips sales teams to rise up and lead by building trusted customer relationships grounded in integrity.
