Renowned trial lawyer & youth advocate celebrates new initiative to highlight philanthropies, advocacy, and speaking engagements at national conferences
PENSACOLA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Troy Rafferty, one of the nation’s best-known and most prolific attorneys and philanthropists, is proud to announce a month of charitable and motivational initiatives that will be featured on his new social media platform the “People’s Voice.” This includes social media channels and a thought leadership blog, focusing on his mission to continue fighting to improve the lives of the clients and the communities he serves.
Rafferty's mission to be the voice for those who can't speak for themselves is woven throughout the platform, which launches today. His new channels will be dedicated to his lifelong mission to serve his community, support his law firm, Levin Papantonio Rafferty, and educate fellow lawyers.
“It has always been my passion to advocate for and fight for those who have no voice, those who have been wronged by others. My mission is to continue expanding those goals outside of my career and into the communities I love,” said Rafferty.
Passionate about empowering youths through sports, for over 10 years Rafferty has sponsored Pensacola’s Annual Troy Rafferty’s Soul Bowl. On Saturday, Oct. 15, come out and join Troy and the Levin Papantonio Rafferty Law Firm at The Blue Wahoos Stadium at the Community Maritime Park in downtown Pensacola.
The Soul Bowl is an annual tradition in Pensacola. With Rafferty’s help, the Bowl was able to move from small neighborhood football fields to the iconic bay-front stadium in the heart of downtown Pensacola. Gates open at 8 a.m., and tickets are available at the Blue Wahoos box office. Attendees can stop by the Levin Papantonio Rafferty tent to enter the raffle to win signed footballs by Drew Brees and Joe Theismann.
Rafferty will also be a featured speaker at Mass Torts Made Perfect seminar, taking place in Las Vegas from Wednesday, Oct. 12 through Friday, Oct. 14. Troy will interview Derek Jeter at the luncheon on Thursday and will also be speaking at a new track on Thursday, Oct. 13 at 2 p.m. on trial skills.
To top off his busy fall schedule, Rafferty and his wife Ashley will be recognized as Patrons of the Arts at MODA, the Pensacola Opera's Premier Fashion Event, taking place Thursday, Nov. 3 at 3 p.m.
