Theresa May opens new LEO Pharma UK and Ireland Headquarters

• Rt Hon Theresa May, former UK prime minister and MP for Maidenhead officially opened the new LEO Pharma UK and Ireland headquarters at a launch event.
• LEO Pharma has been operating and manufacturing in the UK and Ireland for over 60 years and continues its commitment to the Maidenhead area, where they have been based for 10 years.

Maidenhead, Berkshire, United Kingdom, 16 June 2023 – LEO Pharma, a leader in medical dermatology, has today announced that their new UK and Ireland operational headquarters will be based at Foundation Park, a new leading business campus in Maidenhead. 

LEO Pharma selected the site following an extensive search. The grounds offer state-of-the-art facilities and a greener and more sustainable workplace. Strong transport connections at Foundation Park will allow for seamless international collaboration, while a range of health and wellness initiatives will contribute to employee wellbeing.

This new dynamic space will enable a collaborative and flexible work environment for LEO Pharma team members, ensuring they can continue to work to improve the lives of people living with skin conditions, their families and society.

Leanne Walsh, Vice President and General Manager for LEO Pharma UK and Ireland announced, “Our new headquarters represent an important next step for LEO Pharma UKIE. LEO Pharma has an established presence in Maidenhead, having been based in the area for 10 years. The organisation has been operating and manufacturing in the UK and Ireland for over 60 years. The company looks forward to continuing to advance the standard of care in medical dermatology in Foundation Park.
