Collaboration will enable users to readily and simply interpret variant calls made by OGT’s NGS software via the Intelliseq iFlow™ engine.

Oxford, UK – 12 October 2023. OGT, a Sysmex Group Company and leading global provider of genomic research and diagnostic solutions, is delighted to announce its new partnership with Intelliseq, a genome informatics company and innovative provider of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) analysis solutions. This collaboration combines OGT's expansive SureSeq™ NGS portfolio with Intelliseq's state-of-the-art iFlow™ engine, resulting in a thorough and comprehensive NGS workflow—from sample to report. This advancement will greatly enhance lab productivity by automating the interpretation of NGS data and deliver actionable insights into cancer.
