InnoScot Health webinar aims to coach new NHS innovators in successfully submitting their great ideas
InnoScot Health’s next webinar will encourage progressive healthcare professionals to consider how best to fully maximise the potential of their forward-thinking ideas
The NHS Scotland partner of over 20 years will be coaching inspired innovators and would-be entrepreneurs in how to ensure their exciting projects are ready for evaluation.
InnoScot Health is keen to offer guidance and support to all healthcare staff on how they can realise their innovation ambitions while still successfully balancing day to day demands – but getting off to the best possible start is vital.
The free to join virtual session taking place on Tuesday 24 October is a fantastic opportunity for attendees to learn more about the process of developing their idea and what InnoScot Health is looking for in a strong submission to drive forward healthcare innovation.
Entitled Assessing and evaluating your idea – improving your chances of success, the webinar session takes place from 12pm until 12.45pm.
Please use the link below to register and you will receive details on how to join:
It will be introduced and led by InnoScot Health’s Innovation Managers Fiona Schäfer and Frances Ramsay – part of the organisation’s primary interface for new submissions.
East of Scotland Innovation Manager, Fiona Schäfer said: “When it comes to tomorrow’s innovations, that spark of initial inspiration can be the start of an exciting journey that could lead to improved lives and commercial success.
“However, grasping that opportunity requires early legwork. It’s important to ensure your idea stands out as a viable, potentially game-changing proposition and that you’re making the best possible start to the innovation process.
“We believe this will be a valuable webinar for those looking to innovate successfully during a vital period of recovery, renewal, and transformation thanks to useful insights provided by our highly experienced team.”
West of Scotland Innovation Manager, Frances Ramsay said: “We fully understand that submitting your idea can be a daunting first step, but as the old adage goes – fail to prepare and you might be preparing to fail. Getting it right first time is important and we want to help ensure you do that.
“We welcome all fresh health and social care ideas and receive over 100 each year so if you can enhance your chances from the outset – whether your ideas is big or small, a product, service, or care pathway – then our evaluation process is simplified and your opportunity is significantly strengthened. Our simple, straightforward webinar will talk you through how to do that.”
The session will be rounded off by an opportunity to ask questions of the speakers. Pre-submit your questions to info@innoscot.com.
