2024 Vault rankings reveal: Executive Insight #1 consulting firm for women

In this year’s Vault ranking, Executive Insight achieved 7^th place among the “Best Consulting Firms in EMEA” for the key criteria “firm culture” and “LGBTQ+ individuals”. The specialized healthcare consultancy even scored 1^st place for “Best Consulting Firms in EMEA for Women”.

“Great team, super culture, and interesting work.” – This is one of the reviews of current Executive Insight employees commenting on the firm’s culture and its values which are at the core of every team interaction. In the category “Best to work for”, the Vault judges rank criteria which affect the entire work experience at a company. Executive Insight does especially well when it comes to “Firm Culture” (#7), “Firm Leadership” (#9) and “Relationships with Supervisors” (#11). “We are very happy with this feedback from our team, especially because previous reports show that company culture is the most important criteria for both selecting an employer to apply to, and just as importantly, motivates them to stay”, says Jennifer Prosperi, HR Director at Executive Insight.

Best in class for diversity

The overall ranking for “Diversity” is very good. For diversity with regard to women, Executive Insight was even able to make the first place out of all consulting firms in Europe. The company also ranked high (#7) for “Best Consulting Firms in EMEA for LGBTQ+ Individuals” and made it to place 8 for “Diversity with regard to Race/Ethnicity”.
