London’s EuroEyes laser eye clinic recognised as leader in cataract correction

London: Thursday 11^th July 2024: London’s EuroEyes Laser Eye Clinic has been recognised for its expertise in world-leading surgery for presbyopia and cataract correction.

During a special awards ceremony at the clinic’s HQ in Knightsbridge on Wednesday, the group was formally recognised by optical specialist ZEISS as the largest refractive intraocular lens specialist medical group in the world.

The team received the award having successfully implanted over 48,000 trifocal lenses. Attendees at the event included the group’s leading clinicians, as well as members of the House of Lords.

EuroEyes is the only customer of Zeiss to have reached the exclusive status of being the worldwide largest implanter of trifocal intraocular lenses in eight following years since 2016.

Speaking to attendees at the event, Lord Elliott of Mickle Fell said:
