GenesisCare UK Strengthens Board with Appointment of Three Non-Executive Directors

GenesisCare UK, the UK’s leading private cancer care provider, is pleased to confirm the appointment of a new Chair of its UK Board.

Evelyn Bourke, Bupa’s Group CEO from 2016 and 2020, formerly Bupa’s Group CFO, will Chair the UK Board and its Audit Committee. Evelyn has held several senior leadership roles during a highly successful career, including with Friends Life / Friends Provident, Standard Life, Chase de Vere and Tillinghast (part of Willis Towers Watson). She also serves as a Non Executive Director for Bank of Ireland Group plc, Marks & Spencer Group plc, Admiral Group plc and AJ Bell.

Evelyn joins the GenesisCare UK Board with two other recently appointed Non Executive Directors, Stephen Collier and David Young.
