Innovative Trials appoints new Finance and Business Services Director to drive business growth

Innovative Trials, a specialist clinical trial patient engagement, recruitment, and retention company, has named Ian Keith as its new Finance and Business Services Director.

Ian joins Innovative Trials’ senior leadership team, providing top-level business and financial advice and strategies to secure the company’s long-term economic health for future growth. He is based at the Innovative Trials’ UK headquarters in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, and reports directly to its CEO, Kate Shaw.

Prior to his appointment, Ian had been supporting the company as a business consultant since the beginning of 2024 and was previously the Director of Finance, HR and Operations at EdTech company Enroly. He has held numerous other senior finance roles during his career of more than 30 years in which he honed his skills in strategic management and guidance, team building and financial forecasting and reporting.
