AMRC welcomes Pratia as newest member, strengthening European representation

The Association of Multisite Research Corporations (AMRC) today announces Pratia, one of the largest and most respected site networks, has joined as the association’s fifteenth member. With this addition, AMRC now represents a collective footprint of nearly 500 research sites, almost 8,000 employees, and approximately 1,500 principal investigators across its member companies, globally.

Pratia’s membership not only bolsters AMRC’s global representation but strengthens the group’s advocacy in oncology research. Headquartered in Poland, Pratia, a Humaneva group entity, operates a technology-enabled clinical site network spanning seven European countries and the United States. With over 100 locations and a strong commitment to patient-centricity and operational excellence, Pratia exemplifies the modern, scalable research infrastructure that AMRC was formed to represent.

Mona Alqam, MD, Pratia Country Head, USA, commented: As clinical research continues to evolve under mounting pressure on Sponsors and CROs to accelerate timelines, reduce costs, and increase trial access, AMRC provides a vital platform to advance a new, more efficient model for trial delivery, which is why Pratia chose to join.

“Multisite clinical research corporations (MCRC) like ours play a critical role in streamlining operations, improving patient engagement, and ultimately helping get therapies to market faster. We look forward to collaborating with fellow AMRC members to help shape the future of clinical research.”

Launched earlier this year, AMRC represents a new voice in clinical research—bringing together companies that operate integrated, multisite clinical research networks at scale. AMRC’s members are independent of sponsors, CROs, and academic centers, united instead by a shared belief in the value of MCRCs to expedite patient recruitment and improve data collection and quality.

Jim Kremidas, AMRC Executive Director, said: “We were in discussions with Pratia prior to the public launch of AMRC in January 2025, and we’re delighted to now formally welcome them as a member. Their operational maturity, international reach, and commitment to innovation in trial delivery align closely with the mission and values of our association.”

Pratia’s membership further strengthens AMRC’s European presence and affirms the association’s growing role as the global advocate for this emerging sector of MCRCs within the clinical trials industry.

AMRC is in the process of finalizing a standardized membership application to guide future expansion. MCRCs who wholly own at least five dedicated clinical trial sites are invited to email info@amrc.org to request details on the application process.

Jim added: “Regardless of whether MCRCs are paying members of AMRC, the advocacy and educational work we do, interfacing with Sponsors, CROs and, regulators and policy makers, will benefit the entire sector, speeding up clinical research and getting novel medicines into the hand who need them the most.”

The Association of Multisite Research Corporations (AMRC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the use of multisite clinical research corporations in the global clinical trial ecosystem.
